NASA finally turned the Hubble telescope and took new 3I/ATLAS images.
NASA announced that on November 30, it conducted the first repeat observations of the 3I/ATLAS object since July 2025 with one of its largest instruments, the Wide Field Camera 3 (WFC3) installed on the Hubble Space Telescope.
A solar parade of planets is forming in the sky
All three planets closest to the Sun, as seen from Earth—Mercury, Venus, and Mars—are converging in its vicinity for the first time since the fall of 2019.
The first magnetic storm of winter is expected today.
The first magnetic storm of December 2025 is expected today, the 3rd. It is caused by a combination of several factors affecting Earth: another coronal hole currently observed in the central part of the solar disk, and the plasma ejection from the X-level flare that occurred on December 1st.
